Valley Transit Partners (VTP) is a Joint Venture of Stacy and Witbeck, Inc., Flatiron West, and Modern Railway Systems. Our team brings together some of California’s strongest alternative delivery contractors and nationally recognized systems experts. This team was formed with the purpose of combining the strengths of our firms to provide LA Metro with the expertise necessary to maximize the benefit of their investment in the G Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Improvements project. Our combined alternative delivery experience and technical expertise enables us to leverage the progressive design-build process for a high-quality project that not only meets but exceeds stakeholder expectations. Together, we have the financial capacity, experience, and innovative approaches necessary to complete a project of this magnitude on-time and on budget.

Our joint venture consists of leading heavy civil contractors, specializing in complex structures and roadway construction, bridges, and transit systems. Stacy and Witbeck is a recognized leader in alternative delivery of transit and transportation projects with a resume of over $10 billion in infrastructure construction in urban settings, and Flatiron constructs more than $1 billion in alternative delivery projects every year in the U.S. Completing our joint venture team is Modern Railway Systems, who provides turnkey systems and communications design and construction services for transit agencies across the United States. Taken as a whole, VTP is a proven team which will provide LA Metro with the project management approach of transparency, innovation, and consistency for which our firms are known!
